Here are examples of my digital illustration pieces, most of which are originally concepted. I do have a facination for monsters way back as a kid. I'm very fond of hearing different folklore from different parts of the world. I think that trait doesn't disappear as I grew older and that fascination develops into something else.
From there I developed my skills as a hobbyist illustrator. I started when I just got out of college and was shocked that the digital illustration industry is bigger than what I thought it was. I watched a lot of Youtube videos and spent a lot of sleepless nights just practicing my own art. It's mostly a bunch of weird creatures but having to imagine a creature from a simple concept like a squid and making it into something else is what excites me the most. I plan to further develop my skills and someday discover my own form of art.
The artists that I look up to are Kim Jung Gi, Dave Rapoza and Peter Mohrbacher. I also learned a lot of things watching Marc Brunet. Software I used in making these are Photoshop, Procreate and Clip Studio Paint. No A.I. was used in any process of making these.
